EcoSalsa? No, this is not a green hot sauce but a new kind of music “invented” by Cayuga and the Orquesta Salsa y Son of Costa Rica. This month, we launched the first EcoSalsa CD called Movimientos to the market which is a musical tribute to ecotourism, Costa Rica’s National Parks, latin rhythms and the most distinguished sustainable hotels and resorts in Costa Rica.
