This weekend, Cayuga’s Sustainability Team had its annual meeting in San Jose looking at ways to become even more sustainable and taking the program at the hotels to the next level. Present at this training session conducted by Cayuga’s Corporate Sustainability Director Michelle Libby were: Andres from Lapa Rios in the Osa Peninsula, Silvia from Arenas Del Mar in Manuel Antonio, Gerarde from the Harmony Hotel in Nosara, Fabian from Jicaro Lodge in Nicaragua and Mariela from Latitude 10 in Santa Teresa.
